Dr. Dilip Patil Bhujbal brings decades of distinguished service in the Indian Police Service (IPS), where he held several key positions including Police Commissioner. Upon retirement, he chose to channel his expertise and leadership into social transformation, founding Dnyan Bharati to address the systemic inequalities facing rural and marginalized communities. His vision is rooted in the belief that education, legal empowerment, and dignity are fundamental rights, not privileges.

Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping Dnyan Bharati's programs on livelihood generation, healthcare access, and environmental stewardship. She believes that true development happens when communities are empowered to lead their own transformation with dignity and agency.
